Our registered office is 2 Kirdford Road, Arundel, West Sussex, BN18 9EF.[/fusion_toggle][fusion_toggle title=”Quotes” open=”no”]Once a quote is given this will be valid for 30 days from the date of quote and after this time prices will need to be confirmed and if required changed to reflect any price increase.[/fusion_toggle][fusion_toggle title=”Pricing” open=”no”]When an order has been placed you will receive a full written copy detailing all pricing and description of the product or products ordered and in the event of any price increases that we shall incur prior to order confirmation shall be payable by the customer.[/fusion_toggle][fusion_toggle title=”Delivery” open=”no”]For delivery only products we will confirm the delivery date within 7 days. In an
event of unforeseen circumstances by yourselves and the delivery date is no longer suitable we will need to be contacted as soon as possible.[/fusion_toggle][fusion_toggle title=”Security” open=”no”]The Discoveries Company Limited (Trading as Discovery Scapes) will accept responsibility for the protection of the equipment and materials for the duration of the period of the works unless otherwise stated if installation is required by the customer. Site works will be protected by plastic barrier fencing throughout the installation if required and will be mutually agreed on before installation, The Discoveries Company Limited (Trading as Discovery Scapes) have not included for the provision of heras type fencing, if this is required an extra cost will be incurred.[/fusion_toggle][fusion_toggle title=”Aborted Installation Works” open=”no”]The Discoveries Company Limited (Trading as Discovery Scapes) requires 72 hours notice in the event of change in the schedule of works and reserve the right to charge for an aborted commencement of works, this will be charged at 50% of the installation charges if the cancellation falls within the 72 hour period. If the employees of The Discoveries Company Limited (Trading as Discovery Scapes) have physically arrived on site to commence installation are unable to for reasons beyond our control carryout the installation which we should have been advised about there will be an additional £300.00 charge added and payment must be paid before a new date for installation works can be given.[/fusion_toggle][fusion_toggle title=”Planning Permission
” open=”no”]It is the customers responsibility to ensure that planning permission has been obtained by any local
authority required and The Discoveries Company Limited (Trading as Discovery Scapes) will under no circumstances accept any liability for failure to comply with local authority rules.[/fusion_toggle][fusion_toggle title=”Guarantee” open=”no”]Our product is guaranteed for a period of 1 year from delivery or completion of installation. Our guarantee does not cover, abuse and vandalism of equipment, fire damage, lack of 
supervision, chemical damage.[/fusion_toggle][fusion_toggle title=”Copyright and Infringement of patents” open=”no”]The Discoveries Company Limited (Trading as Discovery Scapes) will under no circumstances be held responsible in any way regarding any copyrights of design or any patents that may infringe on any legal matters both now and in the future. It is the duty of the customer to indemnify us against all costs and damages incurred as a result of the above.[/fusion_toggle][fusion_toggle title=”Unforeseen Circumstances” open=”no”]If for any reason we have to cancel scheduled installation due to goods not arriving from our suppliers, we reserve the right to reschedule works without incurring costs from yourselves for missed deadlines. We will always communicate if we have any problems prior to commencement.[/fusion_toggle][fusion_toggle title=”Payment” open=”no”]We reserve the right to ask for a 100% of total due in advance of delivery or installation works which will need to be cleared funds.
